Shipping

I currently dispatch orders though NZ Post between Monday through Friday each week as the prints arrive in from the printer.

Delivery time is usually within 1-2 weeks, or sooner if I already have stock on hand! When you view your product, you will be able to see current stock levels. Your order may be delayed depending on the availability of our stock levels, or if there is a high demand for NZ Post. If this is the case, I will be in touch to let you know.

If you need a product urgently, please send me an email and I will do my best to get the items to you as soon as possible.

 

Refunds

I package the prints in a way that keep them very safe, so if your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact me! The refund will be sought and processed through NZ Post.

 

Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy

I’m a small team of 1 doing my best to create something special for New Zealanders, and I stand behind my products 100%! Please think carefully before deciding to make your purchase, as I do not offer refunds if you decide the print is not for you.  If your items are damaged upon arrival please contact us at temahara.art@gmail.com – I take photos of my items before they are shipped for guarantee.
